Attributes are a way of tracking the characteristics or features of your rooms and spaces. You can create and assign attributes, which allows your employees to know what features are available to them within your various rooms and spaces.

Creating Attributes
New attributes can be created in
Manage Room Attributes, which is located under the Attributes tab in Preferences. Attributes can be created
individually or created
in bulk.
Creating Individual Attributes
To create an individual attribute, select
Create New.

The Creating New Attribute screen then opens. Enter the
Attribute Name (1) and add a
Description (2), if applicable.

Select
Create to create your new attribute.
Creating Multiple Attributes
To create multiple attributes, select
Add List.

The Adding List of Attributes screen then opens. You can
copy and paste a list of new attributes from Excel into this screen. Ensure that the columns in your Excel spreadsheet are in the following order:
Name, Description (optional).

After you have entered your list of attributes, select
Add to create your new attributes.
Assigning Attributes to Individual Rooms
After you have created your attributes, you can assign them to rooms and spaces. Individual attributes are assigned in
Move Manager.
Select the desired room or space on the floor plan in Move Manager to open the info card. Select the Room tab, then select
Edit.

In the Edit Room screen, locate the Attributes section and select
Add Attribute.

Then
select the attribute from the dropdown list.

After the attribute is added, you can designate a value to the attribute, if applicable. Select the value field next to the attribute and type in the value. You are able to add letters, numbers, or symbols to this field.

Then select
Save to save your changes.
Assigning Attributes to Multiple Rooms
Attributes can be assigned to multiple rooms and spaces using the Multi-Select tool. The Multi-Select tool is located in Move Manager.
Select the
Multi-Select tool from the Action Panel in Move Manager.

Then use the dropdown menu to choose
Selecting Rooms and Spaces.

On the floor plan, choose the rooms or spaces that you want to assign an attribute to. Then in the Multi-Select tool, expand the Actions dropdown menu and choose
Assign Room Attribute from the list.

The Assign Attributes screen then opens. Select your
desired attribute (1) from the list and then select
Save (2).
