Seats

The Seats report provides detailed information about the seats in your organization, including location, department, occupancy status, and seat type.

You can use the view dropdown (1) to change the appearance of the report, including the columns displayed, or the filters (2) to search for a specific data point.

Seats Report Overview

You can also find a day-to-day breakdown of seating arrangements in your organization according to the seat’s Assign Method (1), based on a specific shift (2) that you've created in Move Manager, or booking restrictions (3) that you've configured.

Using this report, you can determine who will be seated in a specific seat on each day of the week. For example, you can filter the report to display seating information for Mondays, to see who has booked a desk on that day.
