Navigation Overview
Visual Directory® is the main hub of OfficeSpace, and it provides you with quick and easy access to all of the various applications and features.
Menus
Home Menu
The Home Menu allows you to check your bookings, book a desk or a room. Like before, you can also see Who's In the office, but now with a quick glance, you can also see how many people are in the office. If you are a member of a neighborhood, you can select My Neighborhood to view it. By selecting My Desks, you can see which desks are assigned to you. The Directory List is a convenient list of all of the people who work at your organization.
You can also make a request if there's something you need from your Facilities team.
The Home Menu also contains a link to our mobile app so that you can manage your OfficeSpace experience when you're away from your desk.

Hamburger Menu
The Hamburger menu provides you with easy and direct navigation throughout OfficeSpace. Using the menu, you can navigate to every feature that aids you in planning, managing, and executing the administrative tasks involved with the facility management needs of your company.
Note that some applications will not display if you do not have the necessary permissions to access them.
At the top of the Hamburger menu, you'll see your Profile. Select your email address to find links to log out of OfficeSpace, or to edit your profile.

Next, you'll see the Visual Directory accordion menu. When using other applications in OfficeSpace, this menu will take you back to Visual Directory. It also contains quick links to book desks or rooms, create requests, and find your employees.

Then you will see the Planning Platform accordion menu. You can use this menu to navigate to all your planning tools, including Move Manager, Moves List, Scenarios, Stack Plans, and Forecasts.

Below the Planning Platform menu, you can find quick links for commonly-accessed screens, such as Insights Hub, Facilities, and Request Manager.

Next, you’ll find the Booking Manager accordion menu. You can use this menu to locate tools that can assist you in managing your desk and room bookings.

Safeguard can be used to view and manage responses to your health screening forms, allowing you to ensure safety and security within your workspaces.

The last accordion menu is the Admin menu, where you can find quick links to all the tools for your administrative tasks.

At the bottom of the menu, you'll see the Mobile App link, the Send Feedback link, Submit Feature, and the Help link.

Pickers
If you're in an office with multiple floors, you can use the floor picker to choose another floor.

If you're interested in seeing what upcoming bookings look like on your chosen floor, you can select a future date using the date picker.

Search and Navigation Controls
With the search bar, you can look for people, places, or resources across your organization. Just type what you're looking for in the field and select the appropriate result.

The floor plan can be panned by holding and dragging on the floor plan, or zoomed using the controls near the bottom of the screen. On a touchscreen display, use two fingers in a pinching gesture to zoom in, or pull them apart to zoom out.

Legend
The Legend contains options for coloring your floor plan according to Neighborhood, Shifts, and more, as well as information on each of the icons you'll see on your floor plan. The color scheme can be changed by selecting a new one from the Color By dropdown menu. You can also toggle the visibility of occupant faces on the floor plan.

Portal
By selecting the Globe icon, you'll be taken to Portal, which will provide you with high level details about your organization, allowing you to select different locations to view, among other things depending on the configuration set by your OfficeSpace Admin.

Accessing a Floor Plan Directly
