Booking a Room
First, create a new meeting in Outlook, and add your attendees as you would normally:

Next, select the
three dots next to Categorize to open the More Options menu. From the menu, select
OfficeSpace for Outlook to open the OfficeSpace for Outlook add-in.

This panel displays the
Attendees' Locations (1) by site and desk, and a list of
Suggested Rooms (2) based on your requested attendees. If the attendees change, the OfficeSpace for Outlook add-in will do another search to provide you with new suggestions to accommodate those changes.
Note that the list of Suggested Rooms displays the name of each space as it is named in Outlook, regardless of how the room is named in OfficeSpace.
If you'd like to book one of the suggested rooms, choose
Select room (3) underneath the suggestion to do so.

After you've selected a room, send your meeting request to all attendees to complete your booking!
Filtering Your Results with Advanced Search
If you're looking to customize the suggestions given to you by the OfficeSpace for Outlook 365 add-in, you can do so using the Advanced Search functionality.
After you've added your attendees to your meeting, you'll see the suggested rooms in the OfficeSpace for Outlook panel, as before. Select
Advanced Search above the room suggestions to begin customizing your suggestions.
Customizing Your Search
You can now select a
specific Site (1) or
Floor (2) to search for a meeting room, or limit the search to rooms with a certain
Capacity (3) or to rooms with certain
Features (4), such as video conferencing equipment.
Once you've defined your search criteria, select
Search Available Rooms (5) to look for an available room that meets your needs. You can also select
See suggested rooms (6) to return to the original list of suggestions.

After completing your search, you'll see the
Advanced Search results underneath the Search Available Rooms button.
