Maintaining safety and security in your office requires flexibility and the ability to easily adapt your strategies. To help you ensure the safety of your office and employees, you can use Safeguard to efficiently make changes to your health screening forms. You have the capability to make changes to the form itself, such as updating questions, or make changes to the form settings, such as changing the assigned site.

Modifying a Safeguard Form
Using the Safeguard application, you can make changes to the questions, responses, or messages on your existing Safeguard forms. To modify a form, select
Edit Form next to your desired form in
Manage Safeguard Forms.

The Edit Safeguard Form screen opens. Here you can use the fields to make changes to the Form Title and Introduction, your existing questions, and the Form Responses Messages. You can also use
Add Question to add more questions to your form.

Modifying the Form Settings
You can use the Form Settings to make changes to the site a Safeguard form is assigned to, the Desk Booking Restrictions, Form Reminders, and Email Alerts. To modify the settings, select the
Settings icon next to your desired form in
Manage Safeguard Forms .

The Edit Safeguard Form Settings screen opens. You can use the
Assigned Sites field to change the site or add more sites you want to assign the form to.

Beyond the Assigned Site, you can also make further adjustments to the form settings. These settings include:
- Desk Booking Restrictions for employees who haven’t passed the Safeguard Form
- Form Reminders for Desk Booking Occupants
- Form Reminders for Occupants of Move Managed Seats
- Email Alerts for failed Safeguard submission
Select your desired settings and then select
Save Changes to save your changes.
