If you would like to change some of the properties of the seats on your floor plan, select the
Edit option from the Seats submenu in
Facilities Editor, a part of Move Manager. After you have selected this option, you will enter Edit Seat mode.

Select any seat on the floor plan to open the Edit Seat pop-up for that seat. In the Details area, you can edit the
Seat Name (1), the
Seat Department (2), and the
Seat Description (3). You can also toggle the
Desk Status (4) between Active and Inactive, change the
Assign Method (5) for the seat, and set up one or more
Shifts (6) for the desk.
If you need to change the asset configuration of the seat, you can
Add or Remove Assets (7) or
Transfer Assets to Facilities (8) (if present) from the Assets area of the pop-up.
To save your changes to the seat, select
Save (9).

Note that it is not possible to change the current occupant of a desk from this menu. Please see
