In OfficeSpace, every user is assigned a user role that grants them access to different applications and allows them to complete different tasks. Some of the user roles available are permissions-based roles, meaning that they require permission to be granted to different sites, floors, or scenarios. In the Permissions application, you have the ability to create permission sets that can be assigned to users, allowing you to better manage how you grant permissions to your employees.

Locating Manage Floor Permission Sets
To navigate to the Manage Floor Permissions Sets screen, select the Hamburger menu in the top-right corner of your screen. In the menu, expand the Admin accordion menu and then select
Permissions.
Managing Permission Sets
Users will need you to grant them permission to access sites and scenarios. You can use either the default permission sets created by OfficeSpace, or you can create new permission sets that are customized for a user's responsibilities. To learn more about creating and managing custom permission sets, check out the
Managing Permission Sets article.
After you have created your permissions sets, you can assign them to individual users in the Manage Users screen. For more information, check out the
Assigning Permission Sets to Users article.
