This role can be offered to those users who are solely managing requests. Request Managers have access to the Request Manager application, allowing them to manage and respond to various requests created by employees in your organization.

As a Request Manager, you have access to the Request Manager application and Visual Directory®. In Visual Directory, you are able to complete the same actions as a Guest user, viewing floor plans, creating room and desk bookings, and creating requests. For more information, check out the Introduction to Visual Directory article.

Besides having access to Visual Directory, Request Managers can check active and closed requests, including statuses and resolution updates. They can also create Request reports. The Request Manager dashboard allows users to subscribe to the request types they manage, by floor and by site. For more information, check out the Introduction to Request Manager article.
