This role is designed to help your company manage and ensure the health and safety of every employee. As a Safeguard Guest, you have access to the Safeguard application, which allows you to create and oversee Safeguard forms and the responses.
As a Safeguard Guest, you have access to the Safeguard application and Visual Directory®. In Visual Directory, you are able to complete the same actions as a Guest user, viewing floor plans, creating room and desk bookings, and creating requests. For more information, check out the

In Safeguard, a Safeguard Guest is able to create and manage Safeguard forms, as well as view the results. With this role, you are also able to link Safeguard to an existing external form. You can use the Safeguard dashboard and other Safeguard reports to track the responses by site and source. For more information, check out the

To ensure that your Safeguard Guest users have the tools and knowledge they need to take full advantage of their user role, direct them to the
Workplace Portal. The portal is a self-service documentation and training portal that was designed to educate guest users on the available features and provide them with the tools they need to fully utilize OfficeSpace.
