Workplace Portal is a self-serve documentation and training portal, designed to educate guest users on the features of OfficeSpace. The Portal provides how-to instructions for common tasks in OfficeSpace, such as navigating Visual Directory® and booking desks.
The content in the Portal is designed from the viewpoint of people exploring OfficeSpace with the user role of
Guest or
Safeguard Guest, but it can be utilized by anyone in your organization.

https://workplace.officespacesoftware.com/. No login is required for access.
Using the Workplace Portal
We recommend adding a link to the Workplace Portal to your organization’s intranet, and including it in your new employee onboarding materials. This makes it easy for people to find and access the Portal whenever they need instructions on how to do something in OfficeSpace.
You’re welcome to adapt the content in the Workplace Portal for any internal education purposes related to OfficeSpace at your organization. Just keep in mind that the content will be updated frequently, so it’s best to direct people to articles in the Portal to ensure that they are always viewing the latest content.
