Safeguard helps you provide a safe environment as you bring employees back to the office by offering customizable forms to screen for health risk factors, such as COVID-19. Safeguard also protects employee privacy by only storing pass/fail results that select administrators can access.

With Safeguard, you have the ability to:
 
  • Customize your forms and confirmation messages for different locations to comply with local regulations
  • Prompt users to complete their Safeguard form with automated reminders via email and Slack
  • Prevent employees from checking into their desk bookings until they pass their Safeguard check
  • Cancel bookings for users that do not pass their Safeguard check

Locating Safeguard

To navigate to Safeguard, select the Hamburger menu in the top right corner of your screen. Then select Safeguard from the menu.

Managing Safeguard

In Safeguard, you have the ability to create and manage your own custom Safeguard forms. You can also link to existing external forms if your company uses a third-party to administer health screening questionnaires. Set up your Safeguard questions, determine response messages, and customize passing or failing results. For more information on creating and managing Safeguard forms, check out the Creating a Safeguard Form and Modifying a Safeguard Form articles. 

OfficeSpace supports integrations with Access Control Systems for Safeguard. If you manage your company utilizing Openpath, Kastle, Brivo, or Kisi, or want to utilize webhooks for Safeguard, you are able to integrate your system with OfficeSpace. Once you have created your Safeguard forms, you can require your employees to complete them when they are coming into the office. Their responses are then managed by your management team. To learn more about completing Safeguard, read the Completing the Safeguard Form article in the Workplace Portal. 

You can track the responses to your Safeguard Reports using the Safeguard reports. View the Dashboard for an overview, or check out the Submissions Report and Status by Day reports for more detailed information. Read the Safeguard Reporting article to learn more.
