This role has been designed for users who are responsible for overseeing and managing the reporting needs of their organization. As a Report Consumer, you have access to view a large number of reports available within the Insights Hub in addition to your Visual Directory® access.

You are able to complete the same actions as a Guest user, viewing floor plans, creating room and desk bookings, and creating requests. For more information, check out the Introduction to Visual Directory article. 

Visual Directory

Within the Insights Hub, you are able to access a number of reports that provide information on people, space utilization, occupancy, utilities, assets, and attributes. Keep track of user accounts, track trends with the dashboards, manage assigned seating, and much more. The Report Consumer can customize the columns and filter/download the data for each report.
