This role was designed with IT personnel in mind. The IT Admin user has access to manage the configuration and integration settings for your company. With access to the necessary applications within the Admin Console, this user role can efficiently manage the regular upkeep of your OfficeSpace system.
An IT Admin has access to the Admin Console and Visual Directory®. In Visual Directory, this role is able to complete the same actions as a Guest user, including viewing floor plans, creating room and desk bookings, and creating requests. For more information, check out the

In the Admin Console, an IT Admin has access to Permissions, allowing them to create and manage the permissions sets that are assigned to users with permission-based roles. For more information, check out the

As well, an IT Admin is able to add and make changes to Assets, Attributes, Designations, and more using Preferences. Preferences can be used for tracking and providing more reporting information. For more information, check out the

The majority of access an IT Admin user has in the Admin Console can be used for managing and configuring your company’s integrations and displays. Available actions include managing calendar integrations, setting up webhooks, designating user role homepages, and more.
