Finding Move Manager

You can access Move Manager (1) using the Hamburger menu. You'll find it under the Planning Platform (2).

Using the Action Panel

The Action Panel in Move Manager allows you to quickly switch between tools in Move Manager while you work on your floor plan.

Using the Move Queue

With Move Queue, you can create your own list of moves adding the names or IDs of the people you'd like to move, allowing you to then drag and drop them on to their new seats.

Using Smart Queues

Smart Queues use information from your HR system to automatically compile a list of New Hires who are ready to be placed into seats. There are also Smart Queues for Seated but Inactive employees, as noted in the People report in Insights Hub, and multi-seated employees.

Finding Moves List

Much like Move Manager, Moves List (1) is found under the Planning Platform (2) in the Hamburger menu.

Moves List is an excellent way to modify or complete multiple moves, as it has the functionality of the Moves Scheduler, but displays information in a list format.

Note that before you can use the Moves List to manage pending moves, they must be scheduled in Move Manager.
