The Action Panel in
Move Manager provides you with quick access to many of the tools that you can use to edit your floor plan and schedule moves.
Understanding the Action Panel
The
Action Panel is located below the Hamburger menu when using Move Manager, and runs along the right side of your browser window. It allows access to as many as nine separate tools, depending on your level of access.
Multi-Select (1) allows you to select multiple items on your floor plan, in a few different ways.
Move Queue (2) can be used to manually create moves by dragging employee markers from the queue to your floor plan. If working on a
scenario floor, Move Queue will be replaced by the Scenario Queue tool.
With
Smart Queues (3) you can plan moves and vacate seats based on your company's HR system.
Stats Panel (4) displays graphs offering you quick snapshots of seat, occupancy, and bookable desk usage on the floor plan.
Selecting Moves (5) will take you to the
Moves List.
The
Block by Stack tool (6) allows you to configure stacking on your floor plan, when working on a Scenario floor associated with a
stack plan.
Select
Scenarios (7) to be taken to the
Scenarios screen.
Facilities Editor (8) allows you to edit the properties of utilities, seats, and spaces on your floor plan.
With
Distancing Planner (9) you can ensure that your floor plan follows any safe distancing measures.
Finally, selecting
Preferences (10) will take you to the Preferences screen, where you can manage lists of assets, attributes, and more.
